How fast will my order arrive?
We ship with GLS. Delivery time: 2–5 working days. Shipping costs (Europe): You’ll see the exact shipping cost in your cart.
How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 30 days from delivery. Just register your exchange or return online – our support team is happy to help.
When will I get my money back?
Usually within 5 working days after your return has reached us – via your original payment method.
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Klarna and American Express. Payment is only taken once we get your order ready to ship (except with Klarna).
Can I return engraved jewelry?
No. Engraved pieces are made individually for you and are excluded from returns and exchanges.
