These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of JHT Company GmbH (CUFF Copenhagen) with a delivery address outside Germany.

2. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed in the shop are final prices and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices.
Shipping fees are calculated individually based on the destination country and are displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your order.
There is no free shipping for EU / international orders.
3. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods, depending on your country:

Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
We dispatch orders only after full payment has been received.
No additional fees are charged for the use of the available payment methods.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is available to selected countries within the European Union and other supported international destinations.
Shipping times and costs depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and are non-binding estimates.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available).
5. Statutory Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This covers defects that already existed at the time of delivery.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused after delivery are excluded from warranty claims.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

7. Returns and Return Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

All return and exchange costs are borne by the customer

Returned items must be:

unused
-
in original condition
-
securely packaged
-
sent as a parcel with tracking (not as a letter)
Uninsured or untracked returns are sent at the customer’s own risk.
8. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned products must be in new and unused condition.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
Any use beyond inspection — including signs of wear, scratches, bending, deformation or visible damage — will result in:

refusal of the return, or

a deduction reflecting the loss in value
9. Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods.
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless required by mandatory law.
Refunds are processed no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and are not free of charge.
All exchange-related costs (return shipping and reshipping) are borne by the customer and are listed on our Returns Page.
Used, worn, damaged or personalised products are excluded from exchange.
11. Free Gifts and Promotions
Free gifts (e.g. promotional items) are conditional and linked to a minimum order value.
Free gifts:

do not constitute a separate purchase contract

are not transferable

are not redeemable for cash
Adding the free gift to the order
To receive a free gift, it must be actively added to the shopping cart during the ordering process (e.g. via a pop-up or selection option).
If the free gift is not added to the cart before checkout, it will not be included in the order.
A free gift that was not added to the cart during checkout can only be sent separately, and additional shipping costs will apply. There is no entitlement to free subsequent delivery of promotional items.
Returns involving free gifts
If items from an order are returned and the required minimum order value is no longer met, the free gift must be returned unused together with the main product.
If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of the free gift from the refund.

14. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
