Yes! We offer a small selection of jewelry in 18K solid gold.

Our jewelry is made from genuine 925 sterling silver — and like all real silver, it can naturally develop a beautiful patina over time. This is completely normal and part of the character of real materials.

How the surface changes depends on contact with water, perfume, creams, sweat, and your individual skin chemistry.

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or working out.

Water, chlorine, salt, and skincare products can affect the surface over time and may cause gold plating to wear faster.

We always try to keep our products in stock — but some of our bestsellers sell out quickly.

We usually restock within 2–4 weeks.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

Return & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

You may try the jewelry on just as you would in a physical store.

Important: The item must be returned unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.

This means:

  • no scratches
  • no bending or deformation
  • no visible signs of wear
  • no damage to the surface or material

If an item has been used beyond normal try-on, the refund may be reduced or denied.

You can register your return easily through our return portal. There, you can choose whether you want a refund or an exchange and request a return label directly.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. It may take a few business days before the money appears in your account.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot guarantee a refund until the items have been received.

We extend the exchange period for gifts so it applies from the day the gift is given.

Gift Campaigns

Our gift campaigns are limited-time promotions and only apply when a certain minimum order value is reached.

Important: The gift must be actively added to your cart via the pop-up — otherwise it will not be included automatically.

If it isn’t in the cart at checkout, it won’t be shipped automatically.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that gifts can be added after an order is placed.
