Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to orders placed by consumers with a delivery address in Germany via the online shop of JHT Company GmbH (CUFF Copenhagen).

2. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

Shipping costs may be charged in addition to the price of the goods, unless free shipping is expressly offered.
Free standard shipping is offered on orders with a value of €100 or more within Germany.

The prices at the time of ordering apply.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, VISA Dankort, VISA Electron)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Direct bank transfer

Payment is made before the goods are shipped.
The goods are only shipped once we have received the full purchase amount.

We charge no additional fees for using the payment methods offered.

4. Delivery and shipping

We deliver exclusively within Germany.

Standard shipping

  • Shipped with DHL

  • Delivery on working days

  • Tracking after dispatch

DHL Express

  • Delivery on the next working day

  • Order by 12:00 noon

  • Cost: €13

  • No delivery on weekends or public holidays

5. Statutory warranty

The statutory 2-year warranty applies in accordance with the legal provisions.
It covers defects in materials and workmanship.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you received the goods.

Returning goods

The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after exercising the right of withdrawal.

You have two options:

  1. You send the goods back yourself to the following address:

  1. Alternatively, you can get a return label from us.
    The cost of this will be deducted from your refund in line with the amounts stated on our returns page.

Returns must be sent:

  • insured

  • as a parcel

  • not as a letter

Uninsured returns are sent at your own risk.

7. Condition of returned goods (very important)

Returned goods must be in as-new condition.

The only thing permitted is:

  • carefully trying the item on, as you would in a shop

In particular, the following are not permitted:

  • visible signs of use

  • scratches, discolouration

  • bent or deformed jewellery

  • signs of actual wear

Products that are no longer in new condition may:

  • be excluded from return, or

  • be subject to a deduction for significant loss of value

8. Refunds

Refunds are made no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until:

  • we have received the goods, or

  • proof of return has been provided

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used.

9. Exchanges & exclusions

Exchanges are only possible for unused, as-new products.

❌ The following are excluded from exchange and return:

  • used products

  • damaged or deformed jewellery

  • personalised products

10. Conditions for free gifts (binding)

Free gifts (e.g. Lou Lava bracelet, cardholder) are tied to a minimum order value and do not constitute a separate purchase contract.

Requirements

  • The free gift must be actively added to the cart via the pop-up

  • Cannot be combined with discount codes

  • Using a discount code cancels any entitlement to the free gift

Returns

If a return brings the order below the minimum order value, the free gift must be returned complete, unused and together with the main item.

If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund.

13. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
