As soon as we have packed your order and made it ready for dispatch, your payment will be collected - unless you use the payment method offered by Klarna.

You can pay later or split your payment through Klarna. You choose Klarna as the payment method and can then choose the payment method that suits you best.


We offer free shipping for all orders within Germany.

All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are usually dispatched the same day. Otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day.

If you order on the weekend, the order will be shipped on Monday.

It can sometimes take a few business days for the carrier to register your order. If your tracking number is still not working, please contact our customer service team: and we will find out where your order is.

Everybody makes mistakes! If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to return it.

To return a product, you must send the package back to the return address along with an order confirmation. For more information on how to return your order, see our return policy. If you have problems with your return, please contact our customer service.

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible, however this may take up to 14 days. Returns will be issued via the original payment method. It usually takes a few business days for the money to be in your account.

If you want to return an order, we do not cover any shipping costs. Please send the package to our return address.
