Unfortunately, engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is made individually for you.

We strive to keep our products in stock, but it can be challenging to meet demand for our bestsellers. We usually restock within 2-4 weeks. If you want to receive updates about a restock, you can sign up on the product page and be notified.

Of course, you can cancel your order. We process and pack our orders shortly after receiving them, so please notify us as soon as possible.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to return it.

You can try the product as you would in a physical store. If the item has been tried beyond this, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you may only receive a partial refund or none at all, depending on the item's market value at the time of return. To receive a full refund, the product must be tested without actual use.
