Frequently asked questions
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders ship from Europe within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days, duties and taxes included. Shipping is free on orders from $150, otherwise $15.
How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange (e.g. for another size) or return. Email us first and we'll send you our US return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
When will I get my money back?
Usually within 5 business days after your return has reached us – via your original payment method.
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is only taken once we get your order ready to ship.
Can I return engraved jewelry?
No. Engraved pieces are made individually for you and are excluded from returns and exchanges.
