How it arrives
Every piece comes in the CUFF jewellery box – no need to wrap anything, just hand it over. We ship with DHL; in Germany your parcel usually arrives within 1–3 working days.

What if I don't know his size?
Then go for a cuff or a necklace. The cuff is open and can be carefully adjusted to his wrist – for a circumference of approx. 17–20 cm. Our necklaces have a 5 cm extension. And if it still doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 30 days.
And if he doesn't like it?
You have a 30-day right of return from receipt. On our returns page you choose an exchange (different size or different piece), a voucher or a refund, and get your return label straight away. Important: unworn, with no signs of use and in the original packaging.
Will it arrive in time?
Orders received by 12:00 on a working day usually ship the same day. In Germany your parcel usually arrives within 1–3 working days. If you're in a hurry: with DHL Express (€13), orders placed by 15:30 arrive the next working day – no weekend delivery.
How is it packaged?
In the CUFF jewellery box – ready to hand over and to keep it safe. We don't offer additional gift wrapping.
Is it real silver?
Yes. Our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver and stamped 925. Our gold pieces are 18K gold-plated – over a core of 925 silver.
Can I combine the free gift with a discount code?
No. From €149 you choose a free gift in your cart – this can't be combined with discount codes.
Can I add an engraving?
Unfortunately, we don't offer engraving at the moment. As our jewellery is made of genuine 925 sterling silver, a jeweller or engraver near you can usually engrave it without any problem. On a cuff, an experienced professional can normally engrave the outside safely.
