Frequently asked questions
How fast will my order arrive?
We ship with DHL, usually within 1–3 working days. Shipping within Germany is free on orders from €100, otherwise €4. DHL Express costs €13.
How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 30 days from delivery. An exchange, e.g. for another size, is free (once per order). For a return, we deduct €6.50 return shipping from your refund.
When will I get my money back?
Usually within 5 working days after your return has reached us – via your original payment method.
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is only taken once we get your order ready to ship (except with Klarna).
Can I return engraved jewelry?
No. Engraved pieces are made individually for you and are excluded from returns and exchanges.
