If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll make sure returning or exchanging it is simple and straightforward.

Exchanges are available for a fixed fee depending on your country.
All exchange costs are deducted automatically or charged during the return process.

Return Costs

As a young brand, we’re unfortunately unable to offer completely free returns.
To keep things simple, the return fee is automatically deducted from your refund.

Packaging & Shipping

Please pack your items carefully — ideally in the original packaging or similar materials — to avoid damage or loss during transit.

👉 Important: We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost due to improper packaging during return shipment.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Processing time: Usually within 5 business days after receiving your return
Refund amount: Will be issued minus the return fee
