CUFF Copenhagen accepts payments with VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and PayPal. The payment will only be debited from your account once the goods have been shipped. All amounts are in EURO and include VAT. We do not charge any card fees.


If you choose "Free Shipping", Cuff Copenhagen will aim to ship the order within 1-3 days after the order is completed. We ship to all of Germany and bear the shipping costs. The goods are delivered to a parcel shop that is closest to the delivery address specified in the order. Your items will be shipped via DHL. The goods are delivered every working day. Your items will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.

Add a combination of 3 products to your cart, and we will automatically apply a discount to the total cost equal to the cheapest product. If you add 4 products, the discount applies to the cheapest of the 4 products.

Unless explicitly communicated, discount codes cannot be used for a 3-for-2 purchase. No refund will be issued if you return the free item. Engraving ist not a products.

If you return any of the other items, you will be refunded the amount of that product, minus the value of the free product at the time of purchase. For example, if your cart contains items priced at €119, €99, and €69, you won't pay for the €69 product. If you then return the €99 product, your refund will be €99, minus €69 for the free product, resulting in a total refund of €30.


There is a 2-year right of complaint/warranty in accordance with the Sales Act. This applies to material and/or manufacturing defects. If your complaint is valid, it means that you can repair the item, exchange it, get the money back, or reduce the price, depending on the situation. This does not apply to errors and damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. This also does not apply if the gold plating of the piece of jewelry begins to disappear. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint is always timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Goods must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund you the shipping costs.

Shipments are not accepted in cash upon delivery. We only accept packages sent directly to the above address. Please include a detailed description of the problem with the return of the item.


There is a 30-day full right of withdrawal for goods purchased from our webshop. Engraved items cannot be returned.

The period is calculated from the day you received the order, physically took possession of the last product (in the case of several different products ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches) , physically took possession of the last lot or part (in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts), or the first object in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods via a certain period of time.

You have to pay for the return costs.

Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 30 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. Cancellation can be done by email to or using the standard cancellation form found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. In your message you must make it clear that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo the return by simply refusing to accept the goods without making this clear at the same time.


If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

However, please note that if you regret part of your purchase, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.


The following product types are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
– Goods made to your specifications or provided with a clear personal touch, including engraving.

The discounted items for the January sale (Curb Series, Lennon Series, Sean Series, Billie Rings, Drew Rings & Ovie Rings) are excluded from returns.


You must return your order immediately and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods until you receive them. The return costs will be reimbursed. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time the item is delivered until we have received it back. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.



You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try on the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you may only get a partial refund or none at all, depending on the retail value of the item at the time of the return. To get a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.

The amount refunded depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases may mean that you only get back the shipping cost.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging, as the absence of the original packaging may result in a depreciation of the goods.


If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid us. If you are responsible for a reduction in value, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (but this does not apply to additional shipping costs if you have chosen a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your message, that you want to cancel the contract.

The refund will be made with the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods unless you send us proof of return.
